As Don pointed out earlier this month, a new draft of WS-Addressing has gone to W3C. To my mind, this is the single most important WS-* spec; it's really the missing piece of SOAP that makes a lot of the intermediary stuff make sense.
Of particular interest in this version is the inclusion of an action URI in the logical specification of a WSDL operation (section 3.3). This is a great step because action URI is not just an HTTP binding detail, but a key part of the messaging model (especially for the dynamic client model I mentioned earlier this week).
I can't wait for an implementation! :-)
