You really should consider a 503 redirect for that page given the number of people who link to it.

I have used Password Minder without a problem for years but for the last week or so, PM has refused to work. It simply crashes as soon as I double-click on the EXE and I get asked if I want to send crash data to Microsoft. I have experienced the same problem on a machine with XP and also on another machine with Vista.

Am I the only one? Could this be due to a recent OS update?

The only case I’ve heard of this happening is on 64-bit systems, since the binaries I built were targeting 32-bit.
